Self-Defense
At ZMA we combining the arts of Kung-Fu, Tai Chi, Kickboxing and Submission Grappling
together in order to provide the most effective means of self-defense in realistic situations.
Our Program is based on five ranges of combat.

Non-contact range - Weapon defense techniques such as knife, sticks and gun
Kicking range
Punching range
Clinch fighting range
Ground fighting range

Stress Relief
When most Americans want to relieve tension they book a vacation. The problem is, relieving tension just
once or twice a year is not enough. You need to release stress just as often as it is built up, which is constantly…every week.
That’s why ZMA is so popular with men and women who want to relieve stress from their lives. Our workout burns off excess energy, built-up tension and promotes a sense of calm. Each class becomes a “mini-vacation”. You leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated and better able to deal with the challenges of a new day.
