As a young man, after years of rigorous training and winning numerous competitions, Sifu Zai set his sights on
combining the teaching and discipline of traditional arts with modern no nonsense self defense techniques.

With years of training in the arts of Kimpo, Kung-Fu, Tai Chi, Brazilian Jiu jitsu, Submission Grappling, Muay Thai
and Kickboxing. Sifu Zai’s training encompasses a complete martial arts training.

1995 Moved to Reno Nv, and opened Tiger Kung Fu Academy now(Zai Martial Arts Academy)
1998, traveled to southern China and Hong Kong for training and touring. While in Jiangmen city, China,
the birthplace of Choy Li Fut Kung-Fu he performed to a record number of visitors and masters.
